About Me

My photo
Well what can I say about me???? I left school with the qualifications for hairdressing (this was my dream job). I finally qualified however had to give it up shortly after for medical reasons. I then became a shop assistant and just plodded along. After I got married and had our 2 children I begun to help in their school. When it became that I was there more than at home, I asked if there were any vacancies. I was lucky I begun supporting a boy 1:1. As I became more engrossed in school life I wanted to learn more and more and more. I now have my own personal SEN experiences and also SEN qualifications that I use on a daily basis. My role is to support pupils with a wide range of literacy difficulties, numeracy difficulties, speech and language difficulties, listening/concentrating, Behaviour and SEBD. I love my job, however am beginning to become stressed out by the number of children that need support. xx

PSE assignment

Hi all,
As I'm unable to go to work I thought I'd get my PSE assignment done, well I've written 1000 words so I'm half way there.  I thought I would use my new ICT skills and find some quotes from the web, I'm not sure how to reference them properly but am sure I'll get there in the end.
I have started to have a look at all the programmes thats on my laptop, and OMG there are so many programmes that I havent even installed yet.  I have begun typing all my uni notes up on Microsoft Office OneNote 2007, its a fantastic programme where you can use different tabs for different uni sessions.  I will keep you updated how I'm doing on it, unless anyone else already uses it, perhaps you could give me some hints and tips.
