About Me

My photo
Well what can I say about me???? I left school with the qualifications for hairdressing (this was my dream job). I finally qualified however had to give it up shortly after for medical reasons. I then became a shop assistant and just plodded along. After I got married and had our 2 children I begun to help in their school. When it became that I was there more than at home, I asked if there were any vacancies. I was lucky I begun supporting a boy 1:1. As I became more engrossed in school life I wanted to learn more and more and more. I now have my own personal SEN experiences and also SEN qualifications that I use on a daily basis. My role is to support pupils with a wide range of literacy difficulties, numeracy difficulties, speech and language difficulties, listening/concentrating, Behaviour and SEBD. I love my job, however am beginning to become stressed out by the number of children that need support. xx

Interactive games

Hi all ,
I had  an early night last nght after a busy evening getting my games sorted, I was unable to do the recordings as I had 2 children and a puppy around the place.  Woke up early this morning to finish it, I felt so stupid sitting here recording words to myself.  I thought I had managed to save to the memory stick but forgot to save the word banks.  I was lucky to be able to come home to get my laptop, so i was able to complete the lessons this morning.
It went really well thankfully, I thought I would include a photostory for you to have a small insight into what the activity was.

Have you guessed what the activity was yet!!!!
ae aeiou u I sometimes cry, ae aeiou u I sometimes cry!!!!
Come on you oldies I hope you own up to knowing that song!!!
